The rail adopts guide by linear balls, gothic arc-grooves are designed in the upper
and lower bench surfaces of the main body, and each of them is composed of
double arch grooves. The steel balls moving in a single groove are of a two-point
contact structure, and there are four contact points in the double arc grooves
totally. All the above form a secure bench structure；
The ball screw drive is adopted, and the rolling contact between the nut and the
screw is achieved through steel balls, which can ensure a high positioning
accuracy and a long service life. Besides, the high-speed forward and reverse drive
as well as converted drive can also be realized in the product.
The material is carbon steel.
