The rail adopts guide by linear balls, gothic arc-grooves are designed in the upper
and lower bench surfaces of the main body, and each of them is composed of
double arch grooves. The steel balls moving in a single groove are of a two-point
contact structure, and there are four contact points in the double arc grooves
totally. All the above form a secure bench structure.
The rolling contact between the nut and the screw is achieved through steel balls,
which can ensure a high positioning accuracy and a long service life. Besides, the
high-speed forward and reverse drive as well as converted drive can also be
realized in the product.
The belt drive is mainly used to transmit driving force and rotational motion
between two axes with a large distance apart, and is suitable for high-speed and
low-torque drive.
