Each support has a precise pneumatic isolator with a natural frequency of 2Hz；Adopts a double-layer air chamber with micro-damping holes which can accelerate the reduction of vibration caused by external force and movement of the load’s center of gravity；Equipped with a three-point self-balancing height sensor, so that the pressure in the air chamber can be automatically balanced, and the imbalance caused by partial load and external force can be corrected.
