PCV (Plano-Concave) lens bends parallel light to diverge from one another on the output side of the lens and has a negative focal length. The negative focal length and negative spherical aberration makes such lens ideal for beam expanding or focus extension. These lenses are available uncoated or with an antireflection coating optimized in the UV range (250~400nm).
