Cubic Zerodur Standard Mirrors Brief Introduction

Cubic standard mirror is a regular mirror coated cube with very high accuracy between each two surfaces. The angle tolerance is 2-5 arcsec. Therefore, in the process of spacecraft development, the cubic mirror coordinate system can be constructed through the normal surfaces to the mirrored surfaces, and the spatial position of the product is determined meanwhile.
