Accuracy： The high-performance coreless high-efficiency direct-drive motor and servo motor as well as optional grating rulers can achieve micron-level repeatability;
Flexible Customization and Integration： This series is designed with multiple standard functions and options to meet users’ diverse needs and configurations requirements, enabling rapid system development, greatly reducing work load in design and development and improving the work efficiency.
